One2Five Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the One2Five Affiliate Marketing Program. By participating in our program, affiliates agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both affiliates and One2Five, ensuring a fair and successful partnership.
Program Overview
The One2Five Affiliate Marketing Program allows affiliates to promote One2Five services. Affiliates earn a reward of €150 for each qualified lead generated through their promotional efforts. A lead is considered qualified when One2Five engages with the lead and deems them a valid potential customer following a qualification process.
Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must have a valid website or social media presence.
- One2Five reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
Lead Qualification Criteria
- Leads must be generated through legitimate and ethical marketing practices.
- Leads must provide accurate contact information and express genuine interest in One2Five services.
- A lead is considered qualified only after a One2Five representative has confirmed their interest and suitability for One2Five services.
Rewards
- Affiliates will receive €150 for each qualified lead.
- Payments are made monthly via bank transfer
- Affiliates must reach a minimum threshold of €300 (2 qualified leads) to receive payment. If the threshold is not met, earnings will be rolled over to the next month.
- Affiliates need to provide an invoice for the rewards. Without the invoice a payment is not possible.
Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
- Affiliates may not use misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
- Any fraudulent or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause.
- Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease promoting One2Five and remove all links and references to One2Five from their marketing materials.
- Any outstanding payments due to the affiliate will be paid during the next payment cycle, provided the affiliate has not engaged in prohibited activities.
Modification of Terms
- One2Five reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the terms via email or the affiliate portal.
- Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Payment Procedure
When an affiliate’s earnings reach €150 in their dashboard, they are required to send an invoice to affiliate@one2five-reviews.com between the 20th and 30th of the previous month. This ensures that the payment will be processed during the first week of the following month.
Liability
- One2Five is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless One2Five from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the program.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One2Five operates (Sweden).
By joining the One2Five Affiliate Marketing Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
